When using public transportation, there are several regulation so that users feel safe and comfortable. One of the regulation is the priority seat rule. The use of priority seat rules is the result of implementing the philosophy of the barrier free environment concept which focuses on providing special services to people with special needs. However, in its implementation, it is suspected that priority seats are often misused until people emerge with new concepts regarding priority seats that are not appropriate. One of them is a Tiktoker with the account name @eryyen. In the video narration of Tiktok @erryen part 178, Parental Priorities and Discrimination, there are various misconceptions regarding the implementation of priority seat rule no. 4, Mothers with Infants on Electric Rail Trains (KRL), Commuter Line Indonesia. The absence of an explanation regarding how important priority facilities are for users with special needs by Tiktoker @erryen has resulted in various opinions from netizens emerging. This has led to the continuation of misunderstandings regarding the concept of priority seat procurement in Indonesia. In the absence of an explanation, the misunderstanding of this concept will continue to be repeated and the public will increasingly believe that priority seat regulations for users with special needs are the result of patriarchal reconstruction. This phenomenon will be analyzed using the Norman Fairclough model of critical discourse analysis using the narrative paradigm theory proposed by Walter Fisher.
