The Mandiri Employees Cooperative Perum Damri Surabaya is a savings and loan institution with its head office on Jl. Jagir Wonokromo No. 306 in Wonocolo District. The term "cooperative" refers to a particular type of economic organization in which members work together for mutual benefit. Funds for the Mandiri Employees Cooperative Perum Damri Surabaya come from basic savings and are mandatory for members, as is the case with family organizations. The management control system at KOPKAR DAMRI (Perum erum Damri Mandiri Surabaya Employee Cooperative) which currently exists will be the focus of this research. A qualitative research methodology based on case studies was used in this investigation. Situation examination and analysis is the main focus of this research. The Perum Damri Mandiri Employee Cooperative has clearly implemented a management control system as evidenced by its structure and processes. Various aspects of the management control structure, including organizational structure, duties, delegation of authority, cost accountability, and performance evaluation, can be seen in the Mandiri Employee Cooperative Perum Damri Surabaya. Budgeting, strategic planning, implementation, and performance evaluation are additional processes that form a management control system. The findings of this research indicate that the management control system of the Mandiri Employees Cooperative Perum Damri Surabaya produces very good results.
