    The East Java Provincial Transportation Office, conducts research on integrity, interpersonal communication and organizational commitment to employee performance with the aim of producing employees who are able to carry out their duties and improve their performance well, improve the abilities, skills and work attitudes of employees. So that results are obtained with the hope that it will have a significant effect on employee work procedures to be better The purpose of the study is to determine the influence of integrity, interpersonal communication, and organizational commitment on employee performance. This type of research is quantitative. The population used is 75 employees of the transportation sector. The data analysis technique used is the instrument test in this study using validity tests and reality tests. Meanwhile, data analysis is carried out by multiple linear analysis. The conclusions in this study show that integrity, relational communication, and organizational commitment affect employee performance. Advice relating to integrity, relational communication, and organizational commitment remains the agency's primary concern
